These water distilled plants have been designed to meet with the requirements of the best quality of distilled water. These are best suitable for removing all types of impurities Organic, Inorganic, Gaseous, Bacterial & Pyrogenic) leaving a final pure distillate. The evaporators are fitted with a set of the totally immersed long-life heating element are easily removable. A convenient drain valve is provided for flushing & easy. It is double-walled the outer is made of mild steel painted & the inner (boiler) is made of Stainless Steel. The gap between the walled is fitted special grade glass wool is avoid loss of heat. The condenser is made of Stainless steel. The top of the boiler is made of S.S. The inlet water passing into the stills flows around & outside of the condenser tubes where it becomes pre-heated nearly to the boiling point. The pre-heated then passes out of the condenser, gives may out to the gaseous & volatile impurities in the atmosphere with the help of a special device incorporate herein & finally enters & boiling pan for distillation.
